We begin with a thoughtful look at your unique space, followed by a seamless transition into a home that always feels ready for you.

1. The Consultation &
In-Home Estimate

There is no cost for an in-home consultation. Once we agree on what areas and the needs, we set up time to do an initial clean reset and then a recurring cleaning regimen.

2. The Initial
Reset Cleaning

We kick off with an hourly rate to clean and reset your space, which typically starts at $85 per hour per person on-site.

3. Your Set
Recurring Rate

Once your home is reset, we agree on a fixed rate for regular maintenance, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, starting at a minimum of $225 per visit.
